Course Content: 15m butterfly, 25m breaststroke, 50m backstroke with a start, 50m crawl with a dive start.
Prerequisites:
Ages 7–12
Level 9 or proficiency in backstroke, crawl, breaststroke, one-arm butterfly, and head dive.
