Course Content: 25m to 50m backstroke with a start, six cycles of breaststroke, preparation for the butterfly stroke, and advanced front crawl and backstroke.
Prerequisites:
Age: 6–10 years
Level 7 or 25m backstroke / 25m front crawl / headfirst dive.
