Course Content: 15m butterfly with one arm, 15m breaststroke with glide phase, advanced front crawl and backstroke.
Prerequisites:
Ages 7–11.
Level 8 or 25m to 50m backstroke / 25m front crawl / six cycles of breaststroke / butterfly wave / head dive.
