Course Content: 25-meter backstroke with a start, 15-meter crawl with side breathing, and a headfirst dive.
Prerequisites:
Age: 5–9 years
Level 5 or ability to swim 25 meters backstroke / crawl without breathing / headfirst dive from a sitting position.
