Intensive Courses: Complete the level within two weeks
Course Content: 25-meter backstroke, six strokes of crawl without side breathing, preparation for the headfirst dive.
Prerequisites:
Age: 5–9 years
Level 4 or 10-meter backstroke, as well as the ability to jump into the water and submerge completely.
