Description
Course Content: 10-meter backstroke, three strokes of crawl without side breathing, and various entry techniques.
Prerequisites:
Age: 5–8 years
Level 3 or 10-meter alternating leg kicks in the backstroke position + three to four strokes of backstroke, as well as an entry into the water with a full underwater dive.
