Course content:
The exercises introduce progressively more advanced swimming and diving techniques.
Children learn proper behavior in and around the water, as well as swimming pool rules.
Preparation for entry into the Swiss Swimming Federation’s 10-level swimming instruction program.
For baby and toddler swimming courses, it is mandatory that a parent or trusted adult with strong swimming skills actively participate in the course as a support.
