Description
Age: 4–8 months
Course content:
Exercises and games to gently help babies get used to the water.
For babies, water is a familiar environment thanks to their prenatal experiences in the womb.
They enjoy spending time with their parent. Physical closeness strengthens the parent-child bond.
Adults learn various ways to hold and position their little ones.
Information:
Please notify us immediately upon receiving the confirmation via email (sportarena@campus-sursee.ch) if your child has any relevant health conditions (e.g., exercise-induced asthma, ADHD, physical disabilities, etc.). This information will be treated strictly confidentially and is used to optimize the course design.
Songs and games accompany the exploration of the water. During the exercises, babies reach for objects and explore them with their mouths. Core movement skills are developed.
Starting at Level 1, children participate in the swimming course independently, without the active involvement of a parent or caregiver.
